As part of its Feed the Future initiative, the Trade Hub will primarily target interventions that strengthen five value chains within seven states in Nigeria. The project will work with the private sector, research institutions, and other partners to develop and introduce new technology in agriculture to improve the quality of products and increase overall production. The Trade Hub will also consider partnership opportunities in other sectors, such as apparel, cocoa, and shea, across the country to promote the U.S. Government’s Prosper Africa Initiative and work hand-in-hand with the private sector.
